3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged (must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence)
• The wrong item was sent

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Custom or made-to-order items

If approved, we will refund via your original payment method within 7–14 business days

All artworks, images, and designs on iamsilvaya.com are the intellectual property of Silvaya and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers
• Loss or damage during transit (we package all orders securely and work with reliable delivery providers)
